Avec la Danse des 5 Rythmes®: Fluide, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrique et Quiétude nous permettant d’explorer nos différents états de présence avec authenticité et créativité.
Avec une pratique de yoga nous invitant à l’écoute des sensations et du souffle… «
